After watching three Tottenham Hotspur games this season, it does
seem like Mauricio Pochettino’s side could do with some fresh talent in
attacking midfield to give them an added spark up top.
Well, how about Real Madrid playmaker Isco?
According to the latest dose of Spurs transfer news in The Mirror, Tottenham are lining up a bid for the 24-year-old, who cost Real £25m when he signed from Malaga in 2013.
The Mirror claim that Real need to cut their squad down to size and
that two likely options to leave were Isco and James Rodriguez.
Per the same source, club president Florentino Perez has told Real
manager Zinedine Zidane that he wants Colombian James to stay and has
blocked a potential move to Chelsea.
That seemingly leaves Isco set for the chop and The Mirror reckon
White Hart Lane is a likely destination for the 13-time Spain
international.
Isco, who won the European U21 Championship with Spain back in 2013, is a two-time Champions League winner with Real.
